This Privacy Policy explains how Virtuo Designs collects, uses, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and applicable data protection laws.

Digital checkup enquiries [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

If you choose to submit the contact step during the digital checkup, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, selected answers and your consent to enquiry follow-up. We save the answers already given and subsequent answers, even if the quiz remains unfinished, so the team can discuss your needs. You can instead continue without sharing contact details; in that case no quiz enquiry record is created. Quiz enquiry records are stored in Google Firebase/Firestore, with expiry set 30 days after submission. Automated expiry deletion must be configured and is asynchronous; it may occur after the expiry time. Internal admin/staff can review these enquiries. We use a short-lived hashed request identifier for submission abuse control; raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry record. This follow-up permission is not consent to unrelated marketing. Only a quiz invitation preference and visit-start timestamp are stored in session storage. Quiz contact details and database update credentials are held only in page memory. Contact hello@virtuodesigns.co.za for access, correction or deletion requests. This draft requires owner/legal review, including retention implementation, responsible privacy contact and processing arrangements, before launch.
